  • Check the status of any server in your environment and view server utilization information.
  • Open, update and close ticket requests
  • Easily reset your SDM password without contacting the Command Center.
  • Access the portal via desktop at https://portal.fnts.com/ or search "FNTS Portal" on the Google Play and App store
