First National Technology Solutions (FNTS) has always prided ourselves on going above and beyond from a customer service perspective. As a part of the First National family of companies, we continue to live by First National's mission of Superior Service. Over the past few weeks I have witnessed first-hand how one of our employees, Judy, has embraced this mission in their support of our clients.
Judy has gone above and beyond by immersing herself into one of our client’s business operations to fill a gap that recently emerged within their operational environment. Without Judy stepping up and having the willingness, desire and capability to drill into the details and learn on the fly, this client would be faced with several challenges. Judy has added another block to the solid foundation of service we have developed with this client, continuing to reinforce what a true partnership looks like.
At the end of the day, people are what set a company a part. We are fortunate at FNTS to have a full staff of people that are willing to go above and beyond and truly provide exceptional service. It is truly a pleasure being able to associate myself with such an awesome team!
