Over the past several years, we’ve experienced tremendous growth, and with that growth comes the responsibility to adapt our organization in ways that strengthen client partnerships, expand career opportunities and position FNTS for the future.
We’re proud to announce several well-deserved leadership promotions that reflect both our continued momentum and our commitment to delivering innovative, client-focused solutions. These individuals have consistently demonstrated expertise, vision, and dedication—and we’re excited to recognize their expanded roles.
Dan has been promoted from Vice President of Marketing to Chief Marketing Officer. In this new role, Dan will continue to oversee Marketing and Partnerships and will now lead the Product Management team for FNTS. With Dan’s leadership, FNTS will further strengthen our ability to align offerings with client needs and market opportunities. Dan joined FNTS in 2019 and is also the executive sponsor for FNTS’ Employee Relations Committee.
Jenni has been promoted to Director, Systems Hybrid Cloud. She will continue leading Hybrid Cloud Engineering teams while working closely with Product Management to shape and execute FNTS’ Hybrid Cloud strategy. Jenni was previously Senior Manager of Systems Engineering and Operations and has been with FNTS for five years.
Scott has been named Director, Network Engineering, where he will continue advancing FNTS’ networking strategy to deliver high-speed, low-latency network performance across cloud solutions. Scott was previously Senior Manager of Network Engineering and has been with FNTS for four years.
Cassie has been promoted to Senior Manager of Mainframe Operations. She will lead strategic initiatives for Software Currency and Upgrade Programs, transforming them into ongoing efforts that benefit clients, standardize FNTS processes, and accelerate growth. Cassie will also oversee the adoption of standard work and deliverables across delivery models. She has been with FNTS since 2016.
RJ has been promoted to Manager, Production Control (formerly Network Operations Center). He has been instrumental in driving process improvements and customer onboarding and recently completed AIM Institute’s Emerging Leadership Academy. RJ will continue advancing the Production Control team’s capabilities in support of IT and mainframe operations.
