FNTS Promotes Norie Rich to Vice President of Client Experience

OMAHA, Neb. (Jan. 31, 2024) – FNTS announced it has promoted Norie Rich to Vice President of Client Experience. A member of the FNTS Executive Leadership Team, Rich plays a pivotal role in elevating the overall client experience at FNTS to reinforce the company’s commitment to excellence and drive customer satisfaction to new heights.

As FNTS continues its strategic growth trajectory, Rich spearheads initiatives to enhance the end-to-end client journey, ensuring seamless interactions and exceeding expectations. Her wealth of experience positions her as a key driver in aligning FNTS’ client services with evolving market demands.

Rich oversees FNTS’ talented project managers, service account managers, application teams and data analysts. Rich and her team manage client requests with a deep understanding of their goals and objectives, provide consultation on overall service delivery and ensure internal visibility. An Agile-certified coach and facilitator, in addition to a Change Management practitioner, Rich leverages Agile and Lean practices to deliver value continuously and efficiently through business objectives and the implementation of best practices.

Rich was previously Director of Client Experience and Agile Delivery. She earned a master’s degree in Organizational Performance and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Bellevue University.
