In this role, Downey will lead the company’s long-term sales and business development strategy, driving growth across multi-cloud, mainframe, managed services, security and business resiliency offerings.
Downey is focused on creating innovative go-to-market strategies that accelerate business development, expand revenue opportunities and deliver technology solutions that address complex client challenges. Downey brings more than 20 years of leadership experience from IBM, Kyndryl and Ensono, where he led high-performing sales and delivery teams in cloud, data center and enterprise IT services. Known for blending technical knowledge with business strategy, he empowers organizations to achieve operational excellence and cost-effective digital transformation.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Dallas Baptist University and an associate degree in Business Administration from Tarrant County College. He also earned a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and holds certifications in ITIL v3 and as an IBM Client Sales Executive.
