As we continue to develop our artificial intelligence practice at FNTS, we are excited to announce that Jill Sweeney has joined our team as AI Program Manager. Sweeney will lead the design and implementation of AI solutions that drive measurable operational outcomes for clients and internal teams. Welcoming her to the team reflects the company’s deepening commitment to AI as a core pillar across our managed services portfolio.
As AI moves from concept to core business strategy, having dedicated expertise to guide our journey is essential. Sweeney has a track record of turning AI investments into real, measurable outcomes. Her background spans program, product and delivery management, with hands-on experience implementing AI platforms, which is exactly the kind of practitioner-level knowledge FNTS clients need as they move from AI exploration to AI execution.
Sweeney holds Google Cloud Leader and Google Generative AI Leader certifications and joins FNTS with a strong enterprise expertise. Most recently, she led an initiative at Kroger to equip more than 300,000 store associates with Microsoft 365, transforming frontline communication and expanding access to skills-based training at scale. She has also guided organizations through call center transformations, chatbot development and workflow optimizations, giving her a well-rounded view of where AI creates meaningful change.
Sweeney is excited to join a team that’s already delivering real business value through AI and has a strong foundation to build on. Her focus will be helping organizations apply AI in ways that genuinely improve how they operate by partnering with FNTS clients and in-house experts to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Sweeney’s hire is part of a broader investment by FNTS to enhance artificial intelligence and automation across our managed services portfolio. Our advanced AI capabilities, custom automation frameworks and purpose-built integrations focus on intelligent operations, data-driven insights, scalable innovation and measurable results.
Through AIOps and AI Workflow Optimization, FNTS is unlocking what talented employees and systems are truly capable of by applying AI thoughtfully across the right use cases.
We embed intelligence directly into operational workflows across mainframe, hybrid, and distributed environments. That means monitoring and managing complex IT environments in real time, using predictive capacity planning, automating manual workflows, reducing operational costs, proactively flagging anomalies, and giving teams better data to act on so they can stay ahead of risk and compliance demands. Our goal is to help clients detect issues faster, resolve incidents before they escalate and unlock efficiencies that once required deep specialization.
As FNTS continues to build out our AI practice, Sweeney will help ensure we apply AI where it delivers measurable operational impact to improve resilience, efficiency and scalability while strengthening governance and security.
