FNTS is honored to be a recipient of a Greater Omaha Chamber 2023 Business Excellence Award for Leadership.
The award is part of an annual tradition recognizing area organizations in the categories of Leadership, Innovation, Philanthropy and Sustained Excellence. More than 70 companies were nominated for this
year’s awards, with just 17 businesses identified as award recipients, “trailblazers who go above and beyond every day,” according to event organizers.
“Thriving communities rely on businesses to drive innovation, generate employment opportunities, and foster social connections. Attributing success to hard work and dedication, we proudly recognize the 17 organizations being honored today as more than just excellent - they are truly exceptional,” said Tim Burke, Interim President, and CEO, of Greater Omaha Chamber.
“Leaders Exist Everywhere” is one of FNTS’ cultural commitments, and the company has a thoughtful and purposeful leadership development program for all employees. The program utilizes many tools and processes to help develop great leaders and enhance their skills which helps strengthen partnerships and creates leading-edge technologies.
FNTS connects with clients to understand their needs and also implemented Executive Leadership Summits to ensure clients have technology that meets their long-term growth objectives. This leadership helped pave the way for FNTS to secure its status as a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work.
“FNTS President Kim Whittaker leads by example,” said Dan Chicoine, Vice President, Marketing. “She fosters teamwork by recognizing cross-functional teams and encourages employees to seek certifications.”
Whittaker has served FNTS since 1996 and was named the first female President of the company in 2017.
