FNTS is proud to announce the promotion of Jim Cannon to Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

In this expanded leadership role, Cannon will oversee sales strategy, forecasting and deal execution while driving new account acquisition through strategic client partnerships and technology solutions. He will continue leading FNTS's solution architects and sales operations teams while maintaining oversight of the company’s Software Advocacy Program.

With more than 24 years of experience at IBM, Cannon brings deep expertise in software sales, licensing optimization, consulting and partner ecosystems. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations optimize technology investments, manage software compliance and simplify renewals across IBM, Microsoft, VMware and other leading platforms.

His promotion underscores FNTS's confidence in his leadership and the important role he will play in advancing the company’s growth strategy.

Andrew-Botzer-HeadshotAndy Botzer Joins FNTS as Senior Sales Executive

FNTS also welcomes Andy Botzer as Senior Sales Executive.

A Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Botzer brings more than 25 years of experience selling and marketing solutions associated with IBM Mainframe and IBM Power environments. Based in Alabama, he will focus on supporting clients and prospects throughout the Southeastern United States.

Over the past two decades, Botzer has specialized in managed IT services and mainframe outsourcing, holding leadership and sales roles with industry organizations including FIS and Ensono. His extensive experience helping enterprises manage and modernize mission-critical infrastructure makes him a valuable addition to the FNTS sales team.

Outside of work, Botzer is a graduate of John Carroll University, where he earned degrees in Business and Psychology. He enjoys cooking, golf, hiking and travel, having visited more than 25 countries and 49 states.

FNTS Creates New Director of Sales Role

As part of its ongoing investment in sales leadership and organizational growth, FNTS is also establishing a new Director of FNTS Sales position.

This role will be responsible for leading and supporting the company’s team of sales executives while helping strengthen sales effectiveness across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading FNTS’s sales executive team
  • Providing coaching and mentorship to support individual and team success
  • Delivering market insights, competitive intelligence and client feedback to leadership
  • Driving continuous improvement and professional development across the sales organization
