2025: A Year of Growth and Industry Regulation

FNTS achieved strong business performance with approximately 15% revenue growth in 2025. Our customer satisfaction score was 4.44 out of 5 and client retention rate remained above 95%. We achieved a Net Promoter Score of 53, which demonstrates the trust organizations place in our managed services expertise.

Services that continue to have strong adoption include Mainframe-as-a-Service and FNTS Cloud for Power, which help organizations modernize their infrastructure while maintaining the reliability and security their business-critical workloads require.

Industry-Leading Recognition

FNTS earned prestigious recognition across multiple industry reports in 2025:

• Named a Leader for Mainframe-as-a-Service and Mainframe Operations in ISG's Provider Lens™ Quadrant Reports for Mainframes – Services and Solutions. We rolled out our rebranded FNTS Cloud platform, which includes FNTS Cloud for Hybrid, simplifying service delivery and improving scalability for enterprise workloads. This comprehensive platform helps organizations avoid single-cloud vendor lock-in while optimizing infrastructure costs by up to 30%.

New Service Launches

FNTS introduced four innovative offerings in 2025:

• Passport-as-a-Service promotes cost savings and optimization for distributed software and infrastructure, helping organizations streamline their technology investments.
• Mainframe Security provides robust security foundations with enhanced visibility, alerting, and management as mainframes extend into hybrid cloud ecosystems.
• FNTS Cloud for Hybrid centralizes diverse workloads through a unified platform and customized, fully-managed ecosystem that delivers operational continuity, enhanced security and cost optimization across all cloud environments.
• High-Performance Computing (HPC) delivers faster results for AI, simulation and data-intensive workloads, without runaway costs or operational complexity.

Enhanced Cyber Resiliency
We introduced Mainframe Cyber Resiliency, enhanced security frameworks and disaster recovery solutions that protect mission-critical systems through early detection, forensic analysis and cyber vaults. These capabilities address the evolving threat landscape organizations face in 2026 and beyond.

AI-Driven Operations
While FNTS has been using AI and automation tools for several years, we invested significantly in AIOps this year for predictive analytics and AI enabled workflows, reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency. Our strategic AI-powered solutions automate incident detection and resolution, improve system uptime and optimize resource allocation, which frees IT teams to focus on strategic initiatives rather than routine maintenance.

Strategic Partnership Momentum
FNTS developed strategic relationships with leading consulting firms, global system integrators, IT value added resellers and technology partners throughout 2025. We held monthly strategic sessions with partners including Tech Mahindra, Pellera, Accenture, BMC and IBM to generate new partner opportunities and valued clients.

These partnerships extend our expertise into new markets and ensure clients receive deep subject matter expertise and exceptional service delivery.

Talent Investment and Team Growth
FNTS expanded our leadership and engineering teams, with many employees completing advanced training and certifications in IBM, BMC and Microsoft technologies. Employees completed 49 total certifications across 18 team members. This investment in professional development ensures our clients benefit from cutting-edge technical expertise and industry best practices.

We also partnered with the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) to launch a mainframe curriculum, helping develop the next generation of technology leaders and addressing the skills gap in enterprise computing.

Client Experience Innovation
We enhanced our FNTS Insights platform with additional self-service capabilities, empowering clients with greater control, performance insights and optimization recommendations. These tools enable organizations to proactively manage their infrastructure and make data-driven decisions about their technology investments.

Aggressive Growth Targets
We're projecting approximately 20% revenue growth in 2026, driven primarily by Mainframe-as-a-Service expansion and hybrid cloud adoption. To support this growth, our team will expand by approximately 10%, ensuring we maintain our industry-leading client satisfaction and service delivery standards.

AI and Automation Leadership

FNTS will implement IBM WatsonX AI tools to drive greater efficiencies in AIOps and AI enabled workloads. This includes:

• IBM Watsonx Assistant for Z to amplify mainframe operations and reduce complexity for IT teams.
• IBM Concert for generative AI to help proactively manage application health, IT resiliency, and security and compliance. Watsonx Code Assistant to enable generative AI for IT automation and development acceleration.
• AI-enabled workflows to optimize processes for autonomous production control and intelligent automation.

These investments will help clients realize measurable returns on their AI investments while accelerating their digital transformation initiatives.

Our 2026 AI roadmap includes advanced AI capabilities:

Responding to market demand, FNTS will launch an FNTS Cloud offering utilizing Nutanix as a replacement for VMware. This gives clients flexibility, cost savings and powerful capabilities for managing complex private and hybrid cloud workloads.

Advanced Orchestration
We're implementing streamlined hybrid environment orchestration tools to address scalability and cost challenges, making it easier for organizations to manage complex multi-cloud architectures.

High-Performance Computing
FNTS Cloud for HPC will continue to deliver specialized capabilities for organizations with demanding computational requirements, including those preparing for quantum computing integration.

Cybersecurity Focus: Navigating 2026 Threats

The cybersecurity landscape continues evolving rapidly, with AI playing an increasingly prominent role in both attacks and defense.

Emerging threats organizations must prepare for include:

• AI-powered attacks where threat actors leverage AI to create malicious code that traditional security tools struggle to detect, including sophisticated deepfakes that imitate executives.
