The app is available now in the Google Play and App Store. “Businesses today want to be able to access their technology from anywhere, from any device, with the same user experience as if they were sitting behind their desks,” O’Neil said. “The FNTS Portal was designed to give our customers access to monitor and administer key elements of their IT environment from Android and iOS devices.”
With the FNTS Portal you can: check the status of any server within your environment, view node details, be notified of performance issues, monitor ongoing performance, manage tickets, submit server provision requests and immediately contact the Command Center with a push of a button.
Initial responses from customers who tested the mobile app included “nice, clean, very intuitive;” “interface is very well designed – clean, uncluttered, no unnecessary graphics;” “has the potential to be an excellent tool for server and resource management.”
